Remote Therapeutic Monitoring
Tracking therapy adherence and response, not just vital signs.
Overview
What RTM looks like in practice
Remote Therapeutic Monitoring is built for patients working through a musculoskeletal recovery plan, a respiratory therapy regimen, or another non-physiologic therapy pathway where adherence and functional response matter as much as vital signs.
Patients log symptoms, pain levels, and exercise or therapy completion through a simple guided check-in. Our clinical team reviews the data, tracks progress against goals, and flags any patient falling behind on their plan.
It's the same continuous-visibility model as RPM, applied to therapeutic and functional recovery instead of biometric data alone.
How it works
Set up the therapy plan
Your practice's therapy or recovery goals are loaded into the monitoring plan.
Patient check-ins
Patients complete brief guided check-ins on pain, function, and adherence.
Clinical review
Our team reviews trends and adherence against the plan.
Flag concerns
Patients falling behind or reporting worsening symptoms are flagged for outreach.
Document & bill
Time and device-day data are logged against RTM billing codes.
