Spire Care Management started with a simple observation: the patients who need the most support are often the ones a healthcare system sees the least, in the weeks between appointments.

We built Spire to close that gap — pairing connected devices with a real clinical team, so practices can extend meaningful, billable care to patients wherever they are.

Today, Spire partners with providers to run Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, and related programs that keep patients healthier, and keep practices focused on what they do best.
